The machine should be able to operate smoothly between 0 ° C and + 60 ° C ambient temperature. It shall also operate without any problems under intense damp and dusty working conditions.

The machine is manufactured from a double boiler system and has a reinforced body structure. It is only produced by REKPARSAN A.Ş. in Turkey.

• Mechanical components shall meet DIN 5510 / Part 2 (Fire and smoke).
• The utilization period of the machine shall be at least 30 years.
• The materials used in the machine shall be new, suitable for the intended use and in accordance with internationally accepted standards.
• UIC, IEC, DIN, NF, BS or corresponding standards are used.
• The protection class of the machine shall be at least IP 54.

• When the digital thermostat drops 5 degrees below the temperature set, it automatically switches on and can be increased or decreased by 1%.
• The basket has a rotating structure inside the machine.
• Detergent water is sprayed from all sides of the basket by means of fixed nozzles. Our machine has 1 pump and 2 nozzle lines.
• Washing cabinet can take up 60 liters of water. The water is suctioned and sprayed to the nozzle line through pumps. Pumps have filters located in where they perform suction to keep small particles.
• The hot water is in the water tank inside the machine and is heated by a 5 kW resistor.

• The power supply equipment shall be located inside a control panel mounted on the edge of the machine with at least IP54 protection class. Electricity 380 V-50 Hz.  3 phases
• There shall be a Turkish label on the electrical control buttons.
• Cables are halogen free and shall be fire retardant and located in a special protector.
• The entire electrical system of the machine shall be produced by SIEMENS or SCHNEIDER.
• All cables, relays, terminal blocks, connectors and electrical equipment on the device will be indelibly labeled in accordance with the circuit diagram.

The Main Control Panel Shall Include The Following;

• Three pole magno thermal circuit breaker.
• Electrical thermal system for engines.
• Tools controlling emergency switches series.
• Tools for monitoring electrical parameters.
• Power-on light.
• Fault Light
• Emergency Warning Light
• Switchs related to auxiliary devices.
• Push switch for emergency situations.

• In order to stop the machine in case of any danger, there will be emergency stop buttons in various parts of the machine that will allow the operator to intervene easily and quickly.
• If required, some of the emergency stop buttons on the machine shall also be equipped with an audio warning system.
• All control and remote systems shall be placed in such a way that the operator can easily monitor and operate, and working safety of the operator shall be provided during operation.
• High safety (reliability) criteria shall be complied with for the machine.
• Any unsafe situation shall not be allowed in case of any malfunction in the machine.
• The utilization period of the machine shall be at least 30 years. Such value shall be guaranteed by the manufacturer company.
• Electrical devices, electrical cables, cable ducts and cable pipes used in the machine shall be selected from non-incendive materials and shall be settled accordingly.
• Electric cables shall be fire resistant, non-incendive and non-emitting toxic gases and smoke. All other materials shall be selected very carefully in order to minimize the risk of fire.
• The materials used in the machine shall be new and in accordance with the intended use and internationally accepted standards. UIC, IEC, DIN, NF, BS or corresponding standards shall be complied with.
• Necessary measures shall be taken against corrosion and rust on the machine. In addition, fasteners such as bolts and nuts used in the assembly shall preferably be coated with a stainless or quality coating.

The following documents shall be delivered in Turkish in 1 copy, printed and digital, together with the machine.

• User Manual
• Maintenance and breakdown manual.
• Electrical electronic circuit diagrams and control unit software block diagrams shall be delivered as hard copy documents with annotations and digitally.

The following jobs shall be performed by the contractor.

• Manufacture of all parts of the machine.
• Assembly of the machine.
• Commissioning of the machine.
• Training of authorized personnel.
• Delivery of the machine in working condition.

The manufacturing place of the machine is REKPARSAN OTOMOTİV SANAYİ VE TİCARET AŞ located in KONYA.

Machine body parts are LIFELONG warranted, and all other parts are WARRANTED FOR 5 YEARS.  

No charges such as transportation, spare parts shall be charged for the subjects covered by the warranty.

Only part cost shall be charged for faults out of warranty. Apart from that, if such parts need to be changed by our own team, only accommodation and transportation costs shall be paid.
