GOLDEN RULES TO TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN BUYING A MACHINE

Having been the dealer of many machine manufacturers before, we are a highly experienced company in such field. In the developing competitive environment, some companies reduce the costs by using 430-302 type chrome sheet or scrap sheet, which is much cheaper than AISI 304 chrome sheet. Such machines, which cannot be distinguished by their appearance, rust or crack from the welded places within 1 year at the latest. Pump pressures, basket rotating mechanisms and electrical installations should be carefully examined.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES OF OUR MACHINES

All of our models come with high quantity of nozzles due to high pump pressures. This allows you to achieve the maximum washing efficiency.

All of our models are patented and manufactured in the form of double water boilers, which provides considerable saving in electricity consumption. In addition, a thermal insulation system is also applied. The basket rotating system is not connected directly to the reducer, but thanks to the application of the belt and pulley system, the reducer lasts for many years each time the basket is opened and closed, and such parts are prevented from hitting each other.

Our pumps are of our own manufacture and are guaranteed for 10 years against high temperature and chemical detergent. The electrical installation is SCHNEIDER ELECTRIC branded. The water tanks of our machines are covered with a chrome cover, preventing small parts from mixing into the washing water during washing. In addition, an ignition key system has been applied to our machines for security purposes. Automatic basket stop system is standard in our models with standard loading cars. In our pneumatic models, a cover safety system has been applied. Thanks to the cover bending system developed with the latest technology, sealing componenets such as gaskets etc. are not needed.
