- Mechanical components shall meet DIN 5510 / Part 2 (Fire and smoke).
- The utilization period of the machine shall be at least 30 years. The materials used in the machine shall be new, suitable for the intended use and in accordance with internationally accepted standards. UIC, IEC, DIN, NF, BS or corresponding standards are used.
- The protection class of the machine shall be at least IP 54.
- The machine operates with a PLC screen system. The DPF installed for cleaning is first subjected to a clogging test. Depending on the result, the cleaning process is initiated with different washing and pressure parameters. The process is reported before and at the end of the washing and such report is delivered to the customer.
- Designed for all kinds of DPFs, the machine is equipped with all kinds of apparatus. A platform system that moves up and down to compress special filters is provided as standard on the machine.
- Special bag, cartridge filters, liquid level controls are provided as standard in the machine and work completely digitally.
Electricity 380 V-50 Hz. 3 phases. Cables are halogen-free panels and all electrical installations are manufactured in accordance with CE and European norms with IP 54 features. The entire electrical system of the machine shall be produced by SIEMENS.
